🌱 The Moment You Notice You’re Stuck

I felt stuck at work, guilty as a mum, and disconnected from friends—so I picked one honest place to begin.

It got overwhelming. I didn’t know where to start, and I was afraid that any change would topple the precarious structure called “life” that I was trying to hold up.

What helped me get started (awareness only):

🔹 Awareness audit: Where does time fly yet progress stall

🔹 Energy leak map: What do I no longer have the life hours to keep doing

🔹 Values for this season: The two values I’ll prioritise now, and the trade-offs I accept

🔹 Choose one arena: Personal, social, or professional—pick one for January

🔹 Past-proof file: Three times I changed something before to remind myself I can do this

This isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s about choosing one honest place to begin, then earning momentum.
