📅 S – Schedule smartly
Plan your joy with as much discipline as your deadlines. Whether it’s workouts, travel, or wine with your ride-or-dies—put it in your calendar like it matters. Because it does.

🧘 T – Tend to yourself
Self-care isn’t indulgent—it’s foundational. What fills your cup? Book the spa. Go for that long run. Read the book. Be selfish in service of your sustainability.
